  Subconnection is the only place in the OE I recommend, and even then it's usually closed because the workers are inept and don't have any food handling common sense. When it is actually open, the lines take forever because the workers are more interested in talking to each other than they are about taking your order.
  Just avoid the WOW Café if you can. It's anything but wow.
