  Outstanding experience purchasing our new Lexus at Lexus Monterey. Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were thrilled with the deal we got and will recommend Lexus Monterey to our friends and family. It was a fast easy purchase and the delivery orientation was fantastic. John explained all the features, programmed our phones and answered all our questions. He invited us back to go over things once we had a chance to get familiar with the car.
