  I bought a vehicle from this dealer. Didn't get the deal promised but I am over that. Now I have a recall. Second one in a month. The first was for a seat belt that would not lock. I took it in and they repaired it. Know I have another safety issue. My truck could slip out of drive and roll backwards. We called and made an appointment. Someone called back and said they were filled up and we needed to take it to Salinas. I called back and said I bought the vehicle from your dealership and want you to repair it. They said I would need to take it to Salinas. I asked them to pay for the gas up and back. They said that is not going to happen. I asked how far out are you booked and the person told me two weeks. I said please put me on your schedule for the next available appointment. He said he would have to call me back. I mean come on. You don't have a calendar right in front of you?? No call back. Give me a break. It's a hazardous situation and you won't call back? Where is the Manager. He will never respond to these reviews unless the are good ones. Next move will be Dodge Motor Company. I know that Yelp will not post this review since the dealership advertises with Yelp. What a bunch of Cra34!! What ever.
